Geevarghese McGary

Sanjaly G. Geevarghese McGary joined Katz Teller in 2026 as an Associate who advises clients on domestic relations and family law matters.

Sanjaly earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2023, where she was a College of Law Honors Scholarship recipient and received the CALI Award in Juvenile Law. She was also named to the College of Law Dean’s Honor List. During law school, Sanjaly served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and served on the Student Legal Education Committee and Admissions Committee.

Prior to law school, Sanjaly earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Human Health and Psychology from Emory University in 2020, where she was a recipient of the Brad Edwards Leadership Scholarship.

Sanjaly is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and intentional legal guidance. She believes in meeting clients where they are and approaching each matter holistically, while advocating zealously for her clients' interests and goals. Her commitment to the practice of law is rooted in her desire to serve others and give back to the communities that have shaped her and her family. She is passionate about supporting her clients as they navigate the legal system, with a particular commitment to serving survivors of domestic violence.

Sanjaly is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Warren County Bar Association, and Clermont County Bar Association.

Sanjaly resides in the Greater Cincinnati area with her husband, Chase. Outside of her practice, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Sanjaly speaks conversational Spanish, Hindi, and Malayalam.
