Mia Cordle joined Katz Teller as a law clerk in 2025 and will begin her role as an associate in November of that year. She focuses on corporate law, taxation, estate and wealth planning, employee benefits, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, health care, non-profit organizations, and litigation.

During law school, Mia was elected to the Order of the Coif and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She served as Citations Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and authored a published article analyzing how recent Second Amendment jurisprudence is shaping federal marijuana law. As part of the Sixth Circuit Clinic, Mia successfully researched and drafted appellate briefs and argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She also externed for the Hon. Susan J. Dlott of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and worked as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law.

Mia earned dual bachelor’s degrees in International Studies and History from Northern Kentucky University, graduating summa cum laude.
