Garrett Madden joined Katz Teller as a law clerk in 2025 and will begin his role as an associate in November of that year. He serves across the firm’s practice areas, with particular focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.

A Cincinnati native and graduate of St. Xavier High School, Garrett takes pride in serving his hometown through his legal practice. He earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, graduating cum laude, where he served as President of the Real Estate Association and was an active member of the Business Law Association. During law school, he gained experience as a summer associate at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston and at Katz Teller in Cincinnati.

Garrett graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Garrett is known for his thoughtful and diligent approach, bringing careful analysis and steady execution to client matters.
