He also represents developers, investors and business operators in acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing for multifamily, retail, restaurant, hotel, parking, office, warehouse, condominium, and large-scale residential subdivision projects.
Brian maintains a broad real estate and finance practice, with substantial experience handling commercial title and closing processes, including production of title commitments and policies, preparation of closing documents, and management of commercial real estate closing for the firm's affiliated title company, Summit Title Agency, Inc. His background includes leadership roles in commercial title operations and extensive work across the full lifecycle of real estate transactions.
