Andy is a partner of the firm and concentrates his practice on commercial real estate. He represents developers, investors and lending institutions in all facets of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, due diligence, land use planning, condominium formation, financing and loan workouts and restructuring. He also assists clients with entity formation and documentation. Andy has represented clients with matters involving office, warehouse, retail and residential projects, including real estate valuation proceedings before County Boards of Revision. Andy is also a licensed title insurance agent in the State of Ohio, handling commercial title matters for the firm and its affiliated commercial title agency, RB Title Agency, LLC.

Andy is active in his community, having served the City of Harrison, Ohio, as a member of the Charter Review Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. Andy is currently a member of the City’s Planning Commission. Andy also serves on the Boards of Trustees for Whitewater Crossing Christian Church and is a former Board member and past president of Harrison Community Basketball.

Andy received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Philosophy from the University of Dayton in 1994 and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1997. He is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Round Table.
