Matt Kitchen and Whitney Maxson Named New Shareholders/Partners

Katz Teller is pleased to announce that both Matt Kitchen and Whitney Maxson have been named new Shareholders/Partners of the firm.

Matt’s practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate and business law. He has represented a wide variety of clients in the formation of business entities, the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, and compliance with securities and healthcare laws. Additionally, Matt has experience with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Whitney's practice is concentrated in estate and wealth planning. Whitney assists clients in implementing, reviewing and updating estate planning and gifting mechanisms tailored to their needs. Her practice also includes all areas of probate administration.
