Maggie Condit Joins Katz Teller as New Associate

After spending four years teaching fifth graders in Chicago, Maggie Condit chose to pursue a career in law and joins Katz Teller in our probate, estate planning and taxation practice areas.

While attending Loyola University-Chicago for law school, Maggie was a member of the Loyola Law Journal and the Family Law Moot Court team, and her article, Remember the IDEA:  A Call for Courts to Apply a Piecemeal Approach to Transition Litigation, was published by the Thomas Jefferson Law Review.  Loyola University also awarded her the President’s Medallion for demonstrated excellence in leadership, scholarship, and service.

Prior to law school, Maggie graduated from the University of Notre Dame receiving a Bachelor’s of Arts in Spanish and American Studies and also earned a Master’s Degree in Education from Loyola University-Chicago.
