Evan T. Nolan
Evan Nolan knows pressure. As a former college placekicker, he has felt every eye in the stadium, friendly or otherwise, trained on him in the moments before the ball is snapped – moments that can feel like an eternity. So when things get heated in a negotiation, or when a corporate transaction he is handling stands on a razor’s edge, or even when the deadlines and demands of a deal become intense, Evan’s composure and confidence in those moments allow him to follow through with skill and precision.
Evan began his legal career as a legislative fellow in U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown’s office on Capitol Hill. Upon returning to Cincinnati, Evan has built a practice revolving around corporate mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance matters, focusing on real estate matters and representation of privately-held businesses.
Evan has been actively involved with several young professional initiatives and community outreach efforts. He was a member of Class 9 of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s C-Change program for emerging leaders in the region. Evan currently serves as the Vice President on the Oakley Community Council Board of Trustees.
