Andrew Berger Elected to Hebrew Union College Board of Governors

CINCINNATI - Katz, Teller, Brant & Hild partner Andrew Berger has been named to the Board of Governors of Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion.

Active in a number of community organizations, Andy is Past President of the Isaac M. Wise Temple and is also a member of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati. Andy formerly served on the Board of Hillel at the University of Cincinnati and has also participated in and chaired the Lawyers Division Campaign for the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati.

Andy's practice is concentrated in corporate, real estate, health care and finance law. Andy handles a variety of matters including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial real estate, financing transactions and business organization and succession planning.
