Practice Description
Andy's practice is concentrated in corporate, health care, real estate, and finance law. Andy handles a variety of matters including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial real estate financing transactions, business organization and succession planning, and executive employment agreements.
He also represents a number of health care providers in such areas as sales of physician practices to hospitals, establishment of ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers and other ancillary service providers, managed care contracting, and regulatory compliance, including under the Stark and Anti-Kickback Laws.

Community Involvement
Active in a number of community organizations, Andy is President of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, and a member of the Board of Governors of Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion, serving as a member of its Executive Committee and chairing its New Way Forward Implementation Task Force. Andy is also a Past President of the Isaac M. Wise Temple and formerly served on the Board of Hillel at the University of Cincinnati.
Personal Interests
Andy enjoys golf, tennis, playing guitar in a band, and travel.
