Practice Description
John's practice is concentrated in the corporate and securities law areas, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing, private securities transactions and franchising.
John represents a number of financial institutions, including JPMorgan Chase Bank, First Financial Bank, KeyBank National Association, First Bank and PNC Bank. John has also been involved on behalf of a variety of franchisor and franchisee organizations, including Window Genie and the Skyline Chili Franchisee Association.
